User-defined Fields

User-defined fields that can be found in individual lines can also be viewed in the panel of the same name. You can view optional fields as set in Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Manufacturing | Specifications | User-Defined Fields. Thus, all fields can be displayed or none if you set so.

As can be observed below, you can set 4 user-defined alphanumeric fields, three user-defined numerical fields and one text field. Enter data in the appropriate format.

Specify each field in specification settings and set its location.

You can also add lookup tables for easy-to-use search by using SQL queries when setting-up user-defined fields.
