Point the mouse cursor to the first row of the greed and with right mouse click open menu.  We can find Calculator as option.

 

Calculator allows operations as addition, subtraction, division and multiplication of individual fields in the journal entry.

When certain numbers added together, dividing, multiplying, and counting, we must ensure that we have turned those mathematical sign of any operation we want to do (if dividing we have switched character /). If you do not have switched any operator (sign) we do not get any result.

We can use numbers from overview (click on it by mouse) or enter our own numbers.

 

 

I we click on the button 75536.gif we will lose all data. If we click on the button  75537.gif only last data will be deleted.

 

 

We can use our own numbers in calculator. It is no need to choose from posts overview. Enter it in marked yellow field on picture bellow and push enter. Amount will be moved in upper part of calculator.
