This is a toll to make us preparation of financial reports review/control easier and faster. Controls allow us to enable them to enter the conditions under which we have previously examined the records manually. What and how do we monitored it depends on ourselves.

Access to controls: Settings / Financials / Financial Reports, choose financial report and tab Checks. We can enter desired controls in table Checks. 

 

Line

We need to use number higher than 10000 else Pantheon will report mistake. This is necessary to prevent from interleaving of financial report items.
Name Enter the description of the check.
Bold Line can be print out bold or not bold. Check mark in the field will give bold print out.
Formula Enter formula for financial report check. Formula can consist position of the report or positions sum.
Check Insert formula or our calculation how position need to be calculated

 

Checks will print out only when difference will occur between formula and check.
