Entering Earnings Type in Payroll Preparation

Do the following to copy earnings type RDC (regular work) and 168 hours worked for all employees in regular pay.

 

To do so, open Regular pay in Personnel l Payroll | Payroll Preparation l P00 - Regular pay amd click wizards 078526.gif in taskbar.

Select option Copy Earnings Type to All.

Then select RDC in the Eearnings Type field.

Enter 168 hours worked in the Hours field ( see below).

Click 078530.gif after which you are informed that copying completed.

Click OK to confirm and close Copy Earnings Types to All. Thus the earnings type RDC is copied to all employees included in Regular pay.
