Example:

Do the following to display notification "Daily meals allowance is from 1 April 5.45 EUR" in pay slip for John Doe.

 

Click P00 - Regular pay in Personnel | Payroll | Payroll Preparation to open regular pay slip form.

Then click the wizards 078534.gif  button in the taskbar.

Proceed by selecting Copy Notice to open the corresponding window.

Enter text and set an employee to copy notice (see below).

Click Fill In. The message is returned informing you that the notice was copied. Click OK to confirm it and close the window.

After running paroll calculation, the notice is displayed in the pay slip.
