Copy Custom Field Values

In Taskbar of Employee File, press wizard 006617.gif to open Copy Custom Field Values.

 

000001.gif Wizard for Copy Custom Field Values will apeare in Taskbar only when we open panel in Employee File- Custom Fields.

 

By pressing button Copy Custom Filed Values, we can to all Employees at the same time copy certain Custom Field.

Criteria:

Status Choose statuse for which we would like to set off the Copying.
 
Custom Filed Choose Custom Field to copy values. 
000001.gif We can choose only among Custom Fileds which we determine in Administration Panel l ... l Payroll l Custom Fields l Employee File.

Example: Employee Field Captions

Here we can not choose among Custom Fields that are preset or reserved by program.
Departments Choose department to Copy Custom Fields to.
Value Determine the value you would like to Copy.
Cost centers Choose the Cost center to copy to.
Only active Positions In case the switch is marked the Copying will be made only for active Positions. That means Positions that are inside the period for Copying Custom Fields.
Overwrite the existing values When we would like only to correct values in Custom Fileds we choose this switch.
Press OK to start Copying the Values from the custom field.

Program report:

 

Pressing OK we get the information about copying.
