Delete the Record

If we want to delete a specific position  on the journal, do it with the key combination CTRL + Delete.

The message appear: Are you sure you want to delete this record?

 


Confirm with OK button or Cancel if you change your mind. Marked rows will be deleted with confirmation of the message.

 

We can delete all entries with the same link document. How do we do that?

Mark the row with link document we want to delete and start operation with keys SCHIFT +CTRL+DELETE. All entries with the same link document will be colored blue. The message will appear: Do you want to delete all posts with the same documents? We will confirm operation with Yes button.



Pantheon will delete marked entries.

Operation could be canceled by using Cancel button.
