The applicant must be accepted to a position before he/she can be transferred to the Employee files

An error is displayed if you want to transfer the applicant through the Transfer to employee records which doesn’t have in the Personal data panel field out he field Response on Vacancy Notice.

 

Solution

In the Personal data panel in the field  we select the number of the vacancy notice for which he / she has been selected.
