Transfer of locations from FA inventory count to fixed asset register

Transfer of locations from FA inventory count to fixed assets register

Locations from FA inventory count could be transferred to FA register.

Example: the table is evidenced on location 001. Inventory count commission find out that it is on location 003. Wizard option will help us automatically update locations in fixed assets register from 001 to 003.

 


Use wizard to transfer locations to fixed assets register.

 

Transfer of locations to fixed assets register is finished with information:

 

See the result of location transfer bellow. Nev line is created with the new location, Date of issue and under Note column in inventory count number. In previous line filed Returned date is also filled.

Everything connected with locations can be found in Movement panel of Fixed Asset card.

 

 

There is also another similar wizzard for transfering locations to fixed assets:

 

Difference between these two wizzards is that second one 1000405 takes into account department and cost centers entered into locations and this departments and cost centers are also transfered to the movement.

 

Final result is department and cost centers on movement tab also:
