Use this function to perform search by bank accounts.

1. Selecting a Register

First open the Subjects register from the menu.

 

 

You can also open the register using the function key 46517.jpg, or by clicking the shorcut; icon, set in the taskbar.

2. Bank Account Search

Select Bank Account Search from wizards menu 46520.jpg in taskbar
 46519.jpg in order to perform search by bank accounts. Selecting the option opens a window for setting search criteria.

Search is performed by dragging and dropping elements of the pivot table. You can customize pivot table according to the set criteria.

 

Subject
 Restrict search by subject.
Type (D - Domestic / T - Foreign)
 Restrict search by account type (domestic or foreign)
Line
 Restrict search by line of domestic or foreign account.
Bank
 Restrict search by bank where the account is opened.
Account No.
 Restrict search by number of account. Use wildcard characters to perform partial search (search by part of number).

 

Set multiple criteria.
