Header
In the Header of the window are basic data about the applicant:
| Applicant ID |
In this field you enter the ID of the Applicant. The ID can be alphanumeric.
If the field is empty, the program will fill in the name and last name. |
| Prefix |
You
enter the prefix of the applicant (i. e. Mr, Mrs, dr., etc) |
| Name |
Name of the applicant, for whom you are entering data. |
| Last name |
Last
name of th applicant, for whom you are entering data. |
| Sex |
Choose the sex of the applicant, for whom you are entering data. By reports
information about sex is used when addressing. |
| Filled vacancy/Response on vacancy notice/Sprejet na razpis DM |
Number of the vacancy, at which the applicant won the position. Unless
you have filled this field, data cannot be transfered into the Employee
files or the M-1 form. According to this information, the suitable
notice will be created for the applicant. Available are vacacy notices, you
have entered into the panel Particulars. |
| Date |
Date at which the applicant was ccepted for the position. This field is
enebled after you first filldata into the field Filled vacancy.
This date will be displayed in the report of
notices
for accepted applicants. |
