Payroll
In the Payroll panel you can plan payroll, that is, enter plan data on payroll. First you enter optional plan lines in the upper (main) table and later you can open the detailed (bottom) table where you enter any additional detailed data by clicking any cell in the above table. Above the main panel there is a dropdown field Show where you can select if you want to plan by hours, net, gross or gross II values. In case you selected any of the value options, you then set which currency will be used in the General panel (in the Show in Currency).
Main Table

It displays the consecutive line number. It is assigned automatically by 10s, which makes subsequent line inserting easier. You can also change it manually. |
| No. |
By clicking the  icon a note opens where you can enter any given text, relating to the line of the main table. If this  icon is used it means that the note was entered. |
| Line name |
Here you can enter any given name of the line describing it. |
| (plan periods) |
By clicking the plan period cells you open the detailed (bottom) table where you can enter planning data. These cells represent the total value or quantity exclusively. |
You can export the main table to Excel simply by clicking the 
button. The MS Excel is opened automatically (if installed on the computer). The current scope of the main table is also loaded to the Excel worksheet.
Detailed Table

It displays the consecutive line number from detailed planning. It is assigned autoamtically by 10s, which makes it easierfor any subsequent inserting of lines. You can also change it manually. |
| Note |
By clicking the icon a note opens where you can enter any text, relating to the detailed planning line. This icon means that the note is entered. |
| Hours |
Here you can enter the planned hours. |
| Net |
Here you enter the planned net salary. |
| Gross |
Here you enter the planned gross salary. |
| Gross II |
Here you enter the planned gross II salary. |
| Currency |
Select the currency in which the entered value was made. If you checked the Planning in Primary Currency Only checkbox in the General panel, the field is hidden. |
| Subject |
Here is displayed the subject for which you plan payroll that can be found in the Subjects register. It is not obligatory to enter this information. If you checked the  Copy Subject checkbox in the General panel, the subject is offered autoamtically |
| Cost Center |
You can plan payroll also on the level of cost center. It is not obligatory to enter this data.. |
| Deptartment |
You can also plan payroll on the level of a specific department. It is not obligatory to enter this data. If you checked the  Copy Department checkbox in the General panel, a department is offered automatically. |
| Position |
You can also plan payroll on the level of a specific position. It is not obligatory to enter this data. |
