Category Template

It is required to set the category template, used by the company, for ZEUS to function properly:

• Secondary Categories are Not Used - it is selected by those companies which do not use secondary categories;
• Secondary Categories are Independent from Primary Categories - It is designated for use by companies using secondary categories independently from primary ones, that is, they are unable to specify any parent category for each secondary category;
•  Secondary Categories are Merged into Primary Categories - It is designated for use by comapnies where secondary categories are merged with primary ones, that is, it is possible to specify precisely one parent primary category for any secondary one.

Account Settings

Some accounts are required to tbe set in order to run certain ZEUS analysis. Enter the corresponding groups of accounts. Below you can see the default values.

If you do not want to use any of the specified account groups, enter "xx" instead of the code.

Settings for Changing Primary Currency

The setting specifying which document type was used in stock recalculation when replacing the old currency with the new one is required in some analysis in ZEUS. The documents are not considered in ZEUS. Enter the ID of the corresponding document type.

The set default value is "1R0".

If you do not want to use the setting, enter "xx" instead of the document ID.

After You change the setting cubes need to be recreated and processed again!

e-Mail Notification

After the automatic cube processing  using parameter /ZE has been successfully completed, there is available an option of automatic nofication to the e-mail address specified in the program parameters.  Since the e-mail concerned is related to individual user, it is recommended for you to create a new user name, for which you set the e-mail, assigned corespodning authorizations. Using this newly-created user name you can then execute automatic cube processing by specifiying the /ZE and /L parameters, set in the command line.

To enable e-mail notification just check the checkbox After Processing Cubes Using the /ZE Parameter (OLAP).
