1. General

We enter ID of veterinary ambulance |
| Doc,type for medicibe write-off |
Here we enter documents for medicine that will be write off |
| On-call duty |
Here we enter item for duty and call duty percentage |
| Insemenation |
Here we enter prexif for Insemination and repeated inesemination |
| Software is used for a shelter |
If we checked this option, it means that we will also see tabs and other functionalities that are added to the database only for the needs of shelters. |
2. SMS settings

Here we set text that will be by default added when we create new appointment. |
| Send SMS days before appointment |
Here we set how many day before appointment SMS should be send. |
| Send SMS days before vaccination |
Here we set how many day before vaccination SMS should be send. |
SMS default text we can do double click in field and program open E-mail and SMS Templates. Where we create new one or we change existing templates.

5. Custom fields
Custom fields are fields where we can optionally insert a field for the data we wants to enter for the animal.
We have the option to enter:
- nine text fields
- five numerical fields
- five date fields
Created fields are seen in animal data.
