Mailbox Preview
In the Mailbox Preview step in the Setup wizard you can quickly check the mailbox settings in the register, such as entity, classification and username.

In this chapter, an example of previewing and editing a mailbox list is shown.
You can open the Setup Wizard in the menu Settings | Program | Administration panel | Settings | Documentation.

Case summary
The person responsible follows the steps of the documentation setup wizard and wants to check the mailboxes in the PANTHEON program before the end and edit the list after review. This is done as follows:

- Editing mailbox preview

In the Setup Wizard, the person responsible selects Mailbox Preview.
The Mailbox Preview list opens.
The person responsible checks the mailbox settings and edits them further in the preview.
The person responsible wants to add classification in the mailbox: ePosting.
The person responsible selects the mailbox ePosting and in the column Classification and chooses a classification from the drop-down list: 224 – Krediti / Credits.
The person responsible leaves the field Subject blank, as the mailbox is not tied to an individual entity.
The field Username is already set.
By clicking the Next button, the person responsible continues to the next step which is e-Services in the Setup Wizard.
