Scan and import documents (Scan and import 2200)

This predefined eWorkflow allows you to scan and import various documents into eDocumentation.
This shortens the entire process, because the documents do not need to be manually scanned and saved to local folders and then imported into eDocumentation.

The eWorkflow is divided into two steps:
- Scanning the document: Scans a paper document on the scanner. If the scanner is inoperative or cannot be found, the process is aborted and the workflow is terminated. The key block in this step is the Scan block.
- Importing the document into eDocumentation: Imports the document in the PDF format. Upon import, the document is appropriately classified and metadata is added. The key blocks in this step are Upload to DMS and Classify document.
