In header on document type created for Reminders enter main information about document.

For use of this module you need to create a new document type for reminders.

Here is a description of fields:

Clerk
|
Select from drop-down menu user responsible for reminders.
|
Number
|
Document number is generated automatically.
|
Calculated On
|
Select date on which you want to calculate outstanding items. It is also the date that defines the period for calculating interest. It tells us the last day until which interest is accrued.
|
Date of next reminder
|
Select date of next reminder.
|
Confirmed
|
If this checkbox is checked, this document is confirmed and can not be edited anymore.
