Company
The Companies panel contains a list of affiliated companies which were entered in the Administration Panel under Affiliated Companies tab.
The Company tab appears on the document type created for Consolidated Financials statements.
Here is a description of tab:

Processing
|
If checked, data on companies will be collected in prefetching for consolidated financial statement.

Subject
|
Here is displayed the affiliated company entered in Administration Panel under Affiliated Companies tab.

Percentage
|
Percentage of posts can be used for consolidation
|
|
Server
|
The server where the database is located. Enter it in Administration Panel under Affiliated Companies.

Database
|
Database on the selected server. Select it in Administration Panel under Affiliated Companies.

|
Average Exchange Rate
|
If Search rate by Average rate is selected, the rate entered here will be taken into account.
|
|
Initial Balance from Transactions
|
If this option is selected, the program will not take into account the entries from opening balance. Opening balance will be calculated from all posts on selected accounts with posting date up to selected Date from.
|
|
Last transfer
|
Date and time of the last data transfer from the affiliated company.
|
|
Close Exchange Rate
|
If Search rate by Close Exchange rate is selected, the rate entered here will be taken into account.
