Help Desk

If PANTHEON users cannot find information in instructions, Forum, or using AION, the users can always contact a supporter by submitting a help request to the Help Desk.

The Help Desk is accessed by clicking the ? button in the toolbar of PANTHEON forms or via the menu Help | Help Desk.

For more information, see the technical instructions.

 

CASE SUMMARY

The person responsible cannot find information or is uncertain on how to edit settings for POS documents. The person responsible wants to contact a supporter and submit a request to the Help Desk. This is done as follows:

  1. Selecting Help
  2. Submitting a Help Request to Help Desk

1. Selecting Help

In the toolbar of the selected form, the person responsible selects ? | Help Desk.

AION

If you are unable to navigate the instructions or have specific questions, you can direct them to AION, our virtual UserSite helper.

Next, the person responsible submits a help request to the Help Desk.

2. Submitting a Help Request to Help Desk

A web browser opens the Help Desk on the UserSite.

HINT

The PANTHEON user is automatically logged in to the Help Desk.

IMPORTANT

The person responsible submits a help request to the Help Desk as described in the chapter Report questions to a supporter.
