Accounting Dashboard
Welcome to the technical guide for Accounting Dashboard!
The Accounting Dashboard is a tool for working with multiple databases. Mainly intended for accounting services that have several databases on their server or for accounting of larger companies that have many branches or related companies.
The Accounting Dashboard is accessed via the Financials | Accounting Dashboard.
It is organized into three parts;
- Databases on Server – here we select databases on server for which we initiate processing. We can select one or several databases.
- Left menu – It consists of panels and sub-panels through which we access the modules within the Accounting Dashboard. In the table below you will find a direct link to the instructions for each module.
- Central part of the form - In the Central part of the form, we can review and manage data, regarding the panel we are standing on in the Left menu.

Warning
The Databases on Server must be the same version as the database of the accounting service or the database of the umbrella company (from which we carry out the processing of affiliated companies).
If the database does not have the same version, the program will mark such databases with a red exclamation mark and you will not be able to perform processing within them.
