Documents list

After choosing the desired  Clasifications on Clasification list  the Document list of PANTHEON DMS Add-in opens.

Document list shows all files that belong to a specific Clasification and have file extensions corresponding to the extensions that the Office document editor supports (e.g., .docx for Word Editor) are shown.

The user can search files by name and sort them.

Below is a description of the Documents list form’s features:

1. Toolbar

The toolbar shows folowing features:

Close Document list and return to Clasification list.

2. Search engine

Search engine to filter Documents by typing their name in the search box.

HINT There is also an option for file sorting in the right corner, next to the search box. Files can be sorted by name, date of modification, or date of creation, in both ascending and descending order. By default, files are sorted by date of modification, from last modified to earlier modified files.

3. Documents

List of all files that belong to a specific classification and have file extensions corresponding to the extensions that the Office document editor supports (e.g., .docx for Word Editor) are shown.

Selecting specific document opens Document preview.

4. Add

Button that open the form to Add new Document.
