Authorizations for Documents

Displaying documents in Documentation module can be manipulated by using different authorizations.

i. OWN AUTHORIZATION

i. ARCHIVE (DOC TYPE)

  • i. DEPARTMENT
  • ii. COST CENTER
  • iii. CLASSIFICATION

 

Own authorizations
- subject on the document is linked to the user in Personell
- user has a businness proces (WF) task on the document
- user is the person responsible

Archive (DMS Document type)

Department, Cost Center and Classification
Permissions for Department, Cost center and Classification are at the same level. The highest permission set on one of these authorization is used (taken into consideredration).

Examples:

  • 24-DMS-000001 (Read only): DMS0(Delete), Department "Fixed assets" (None), Cost Center "Project04" (Read), Classification "01" (None) -> (Read) from Department "Fixed assets".

 

  • 24-DMS-000002 (Delete): DMS0(D), Department "Department 2" (Delete), Cost Center "Project03" (Read), Classification "02" (None) -> (Delete) from Cost Center "Project 03".
