WO Work Preparation


The DN Part Preparation tab displays the Production Piece Form, which is one of the three piece forms in PANTHEON's production. The Production Cutting Sheet draws data from the Basic Cutting Sheet and can be adapted at the work order level to meet the needs of the availability of material and operational resources.
In the example below, we will look at the data in the Developing a DN part tab and how to edit it using the example of the LARA3_VRATA semi-part.

CASE SUMMARY:
In the Work Preparation tab of the DN, the person responsible reviews the Production Work Order Cut Sheet. In the tab, the workpiece can be edited and data on materials used and operations performed during production can be monitored.

1. Open the Preparing a DN work tab
To view the details of a specific work task, the responsible person selects
in the Work Task Details sliding window on the right. It will view the DN details for the LARA3_VRATA semi-section. Selecting the DNA Part Preparation tab will open the Production Cut Sheet, which is a mapping of the Basic Cut Sheet and the images of the semi and the materials, before the changes are made.
2. Reviewing and editing materials
By selecting the Materials field, the responsible person can view the details of material positions. The Materials field works in the same way as the same field in the Materials Chart and contains the same tabs Basic Information, Additional Fieldsand Preferences. Additionally, the production kit contains a Production tab.

HINT
You can add material and work operation positions to the DN timesheet, which will be coloured blue when added. This makes it easier to see any discrepancies and the need to change the basic product cut sheet itself.

The Basic Dataproduction piecework tab contains the Position Analytics section, where we have information on the quantities needed, the quantities used during production and a graphical representation of the production progress.

In the Manufacturing tab, you can view and edit the term data of the material positions of a work order.
3. Reviewing and editing operations
By selecting the Operations field, the responsible person can see details of working operations. The Operations field works in the same way as the same field in the Basic Workbook and contains the same tabs Basic Information, Additional Fieldsand Preferences. Additionally, the production kit contains a Production tab.
By selecting
under the operation heading, the responsible person can view the material related to the operation.
The Production tab allows the responsible person to view and edit the timing data of the work operations of a work order.
