Table View
In the Table View tab of the Daily plan form you can delegate work orders, or their operations and workers, to the available resources. You can delegate operations and employees in a simple way, by using the drag & drop method from the Work Orders/Employees form.
Additionally, you can oversee the progress being made on the operations in real time.
Below is a description of the tab's columns.

Resource
|
Displays the resource connected to the Resources register and the settings of the Document Type.

Resource – Available/Planned
|
Displays the available time and the amount of time planned on the resource.
The planned amount is also displayed graphically, in the form of a progress bar.

Note
|
By clicking on an icon, you can add a note to the line.
|
|
Work Order
|
Displays the number of the linked WO.
|
|
Product
|
Displays the ID of a produced item.
|
|
Line
|
Displays the unique position number of the plan item.
The default is a sequence number, but it can also be changed arbitrarily.
|
|
Operation
|
Displays an individual operation on a related WO, which is assigned to one or more resources.
The Green dot ( ) shows that the operation is currently in progress.

|
Done/Planned
|
Displays the quantity of the produced and the planned items. It is written in the form of e.g. 7/10, as in 7 items produced and 10 items planned.
It is also displayed graphically, in the form of progress bar.

|
Bad Qty.
|
Displays the quantity of the bad pieces produced.
It is also displayed graphically, in the form of pie chart.
|
|
Planned Time
|
Displays the planned time that was calculated based on the common norm for the operation.
|
|
Time Used
|
Displays the time already used on the operation.
|
|
Scheduled Time
|
Displays the time for this operation, which is already allocated to other resources.
|
|
Time Left
|
Displays the time that is still available for production on the operation.
|
|
Start
|
Displays the planned start time of the production of the WO.
|
|
End
|
Displays the planned end time of the production of the WO.
|
|
Time
|
Displays the cumulative time of production of the WO.
|
|
Quantity
|
Displays the planned quantity of items on the WO.
|
|
Employees
|
Displays the employee that was assigned to work on the operation.
|
|
Posted Work
|
When the work is posted, the checkbox is enabled.
