By clicking the Settings button the program will open the Settings panel, where you can enter settings for POSX documents:

 

Function name Function
Sell to ​​Switch is on if the Sell to field should be visible on form. The sell to field shows weather sale is done for End customer or VAT Registered.
​Department Switch is on if the Department field should be visible on form. The default department can be set in Document Types Settings.
Clerk Switch is on if the Clerk field should be visible on form. 
Cost Center Switch is on if the Cost Center field should be visible on form. In case switch is ON then also on position of the document the column Cost center in shown where the Cost center can be inserted, changed or deleted.
​Show Carrier Tab Switch is on if the Carrier Tab should be visible on form. The default Carrier (Consignee) can be set in Document Types Settings.
​Open amount delay Used in Touch menu. Setting sets the time in seconds for how long the open amount appears visible on screen.
​Do not calculate current stock ​​Switch is on in case the current stock should not be calculated.

 

Function key Function
​​All the changes on form will be canceled.
​ Program will automatically reset all the settings on all panels..
Program will reset all the settings on panel on which the function is called.
All the changes on form will be saved.
