Once, you have entered the employment record of the employee, the program has calculated the length of service that differed from the length of service currently entered in the line. The program will ask for confirmation the information on the length of service is correct.

If you select the OK button, the program will edit the entry of the length of service. If you select the Cancel button, the program will cancel the new entry and will preserve the already entered information.
