Personal Settings
The following can optionally be set for each user:
- Search Settings: by ID, name
as well as custom search of items
- Other Settings: searching for
and displaying subject IDs
Search Settings
Select search settings for items by ID and name as
well as custom search (which is a method for searching items using the
function)
in program parameters.
Here you can modify the settings to specific user requirements.
Other Settings
Here you can set user settings for searching by subject IDs. They are, however,
set at company menu option of program parameters.
Apart from this you can also set default text to be display in e-mail message
sent by the user (see Form Used for Sending by e-Mail).
Set the interval for checking tasks as well as an option for displaying
unread tasks at startup.

The most easy way to edit settings for searching items is by
clicking the Import button causing
import of the default settings from the parameters which can then be modifid to
meet the specific user requirements! When clicking this button imports ALL
parameters!

User settings are active only after checking the
 Enable
checkbox.
