Link idents to vet specifics

Link between Items and Veterinarian

In this window, you can link Veterinarian specifics with items through primary and secondary categories.

 

Specialty Enter or select veterinarian specifics. You can choose between the next options:
  • Insemination -> links item for semen
  • Passport – Dog -> links item for passport
  • Chip – Dog -> links item for chip
  • Vaccination -> link items used for vaccination - you can only select vaccination items on vaccination tab on treatment
  • Medication -> link items used for meddication - you can not enter meddication on invoice withouth treatment
  • Euthanasia -> link items used for Euthanasia - when item is entered in Preformed services on treatment program will ask you if you want to chage status of animal
  • Human medicine - not in use because legislation changed
  • Insurance - link item used for insurance -> you can only choose items for insurance on insurance tab on treatmend document
  • Antibiotics - link item used for antibiotics. Medicine that are antibiotics we can set them secondary category, because in primary category we have, medicine
  • Psychotropics - Links item used for psychotrops. Medicine that are psychotropics we can set them secondary category, because in primary category we have, medicine.
  • Spaying/castration - link item used for spaying /castration.  This option will be mostly used for shelters for their annual reports.
Primary Category Enter or select the ID of a primary category from Categories.
Secondary Category Enter or select the ID of a secondary category from Categories.
Note In case we have any specifics that we must not forget by creating treatment,  the program warns us by this note.
