Stock Overview

Stock overview dashboard shows overview of key indicators from Inventory Analysis.

It consists of the following components:

NAME DESCRIPTION UNIT FORMULA IT SHOWS: LINK
Items below minimum stock List of items below minimum stock. Quantity   Stock of which item is below minimum stock and what is the difference between minimum and optimum stock? Double click on individual item will open item codebook.
Items above maximum stock Shows items above maximum stock Quantity   Stock of which item is above maximum stock and what is the difference between maximum and optimum stock? Double click on individual item will open item codebook.
Items by turnover time Days in turnover of individual item for last 12 months. No. of days
Days of turnover days for individual item for last 12 months. Double click on individual item will open item codebook.
Stock turnover rations by month*   Vaule   Wat are the ratio of inventory turnover by month?  
Inventory turnover ratios*   Value   What are the ratios of inventory turnover?  

* - You can find detailed description of component in dashboardActivity ratios. 

 

000001.gif You can customize the period for which you want to display analyses by defining of the month and year. Month is the smallest unit that can be used.

Once you selected appropriate period on one component, you can transfer same period to other components using "Multiply to others" which can be accessed on right click on selected period
