Estimated Retirement Date

To Estimate Retirement Date we go to Employment Record, in wizard  we select Estimated Retirement Date.

 

In the Panel we check wich Employees are going to Retire, according to ZPIZ-2.

Criteria:

Retirement Date Calculation

Set the date of Retirement Calculation. Automatically is set the last day of the year that we are making the report ( year 2019, date 31.12.2019).
Employees For the specific Employees.
Department For the specific department.
Position We can make Calculation for the specific Position.
Sex We can make ccalculation by sex.
Make Pressing make starts the Calculation of Estimated Retirement Date.

 

In Overview we can see the Employees according to the chosen criteria:
