E-Exchange
E-Exchange offers settings for sending and importing documents.
In the e-Exchange we have two Tabs:
- Link Mailbox and
- Link Procedure
On Link Mailbox tab we can link Subjects or Document Type with Mailbox and Workflow.
Settings are used for sending documents.
Link Mailbox offers possibilities to link:
- Subjects
- Document type
- Subject and document type
Different combinations are possible: Subject and Document type or only document type or only Subject.
Mailbox and Workflow determine the service and provider for sending documents for these settings.

Hint 1 Subject and Doc.Type
Hint 2 Only Subject (if Subject and Doc.Type is not found it searches only for Subject)
Hint 3 Only Doc.Type (if Subject is not found it searches only for Doc.Type)
Hint 4 Subject and Doc.Type are Empty (if both are empty then mailbox is default for all Subjects and Doc.Types)
Link procdure offers settings for exporting documents. We can use this setting in Workflow block for exporting XML
On Link Procedure Tab we can link procedure with:
- Subjects
- Document type
- Subject and document type
Different combinations are possible: Subject and Document type or only document type or only Subject.
Linked Procedure determines which Stored procedure is used for exporting data in XML structure. Custom procedure can be created and used as linked procedure.
