By default, clicking on the Print button always opens the report opened last in the current form. Before printing, you can check the name of the last report used by hoovering on the Print button with the mouse cursor.

Clicking on the drop-down menu arrow opens the tree structure where the report used last is found.

WARNING
In order for the text to be correctly displayed on PDF documents, the PANTHEON database needs to have correct settings in the Administration panel | Settings – enable the checkbox Export reports as PDF/A.
|
2. Report settings
Other settings for reports are used from the PANTHEON database as well, namely on different levels:
- On the company level – checkbox Active
In PANTHEON Settings | Program | Reports | General, if the checkbox Active is checked (enabled), the current report will be shown in PANTHEON Web Light. Otherwise, it will not be in the options.

You can select certain document type, for which you do not want this report to be used. if a document type is selected in PANTHEON Settings | Program | Reports | General – Inactive for doc. types field, the report will not be shown for this document type.

-
On the user level – via authorizations set in PANTHEON for individual users in the Administration panel | Users and groups | <Administrator> | Security | Datalab applications | Datalab reports | Form authorizations. All rights set in PANTHEON will also be used for PANTHEON Web Light (except authorizations for Reading and Writing, which are in preparation for the upcoming versions).
3. Saving reports
Reports such as different invoices, detail reports etc. can be downloaded and saved on the local disk via the Print icon, by selecting Save as PDF as the default option instead of printing.

 |
NOTE
If reports are opened in their own tabs, Chrome does not allow saving documents via the Download icon, but issues a warning. To avoid this, reports can be saved via the Print icon or in a list view, where the Download icon works normally.
