Workflow definition users

The functionality can be accessed on the Workflow Design form by clicking the toolbar button (Change user).

This opens the Business Process Definition – Users form, where the users currently assigned to a particular block are listed. Here you can change the users assigned.

Assigned user

The user assigned to the workflow. You cannot manually change the user in this field.

Workflow user

From the drop-down list, select the user you want to assign to the workflow.

Change users

Populates the user in the Assigned user field with the user from the Workflow user field.
