To-Do

To-do form allow users to organise and carry out their daily tasks. Task records are created in the process of executing a business process, and users can create them themselves from almost any form in PANTHEON, or have tasks redirected to them by other people. 

The form can be accessed from the menu Settings │ Documentation │To-do.

HINT User can see the number of pending tasks on the icon  (Tasks) on the desktop. Read more in XXX.

The form is made up of certain panels and building elements, which we describe below.

1. Tab view - for viewing tasks in tabular mode and start the execution process for more workflow's task. Details of tasks are defined in tabs.
2. Calender view -  for viewing tasks in calendar and easily edit or move tasks around your timeline.
3. Toolbar - allows to select the task view mode, redirect tasks and other system functionalities.
4. Filter - for searching tasks. There are predefined filters or filters where you can enter and select search criteria
