User Absence

For each task, a person responsible, who will do the task, is selected. But sometimes, the person who should do the task is absent. In that case, the task is redirected to a user who is substituting the person.

The feature is available with the click of the (User Absence) button, in the toolbar of the To-do form, which can be accessed through Settings | Documentation | To-Do.

WARNING If the user has unread or outstanding tasks, the tasks form will be displayed automatically when PANTHEON is opened. The display of tasks when PANTHEON is run can be set in the Administration Panel. For more about this, see chapter Edit PANTHEON Desktop.
