Owner/Animal Reports

Owner/Animal Reports

 

In this window you can print out data from Owner/Animal registry or send mail to Owners.

 

Report type According to the criteria, the program offers multiple types of Owner and Animals list type.
  • Animal Owner-> can be send by mail by clicking on 
  • Animals - Basic data -> can be send by mail by clicking on 
  • Animals - Detail data
Owner Check types of items you wish to include in the report. 
Last The overview can be limited to an individual item.
First Enter or select the name of the item, for which you wish to create the report. The fields ID and Name are linked. If you change one, the other will change as well.
Postal Area The report can be limited according to the Postal Code.
Munic. The report can be limited according to the Municipality.
Country

The report can be limited according to the Country.
Date Birth From - To The report can be limited according to birth date of Owner
Entry date From - To The report can be limited according to entry date of Owner
Animal ID The report can be limited according to the Animal ID
Name

The report can be limited according to the animal name
Animal Type The report can be limited according to the Animal Type
Animal Categ

The report can be limited according to the Animal Category
Breed The report can be limited according to the Animal Breed
Status

The report can be limited according to the Animal Status. You can choose between:

1- Alive

2- Dead

3 - inactive
Entry date From - To

The report can be limited according to entry date of Animal
