Documents


The Documents tab in DN is used to view production-related documentation and upload new documentation. Only documentation that is classified and selected to be displayed at this level is visible in the DN documentation.
In the example below, we will show how to open, view and upload a document. We will upload an image document (pictured below) with instructions for the assembly of the LARA3 tent.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible for Peter the Producer wants to review the documents related to the work order and add another document. He does this as follows:
- Setting the classification of displayed documents
- Opening the Documents tab
- Upload a new document

1. Setting the classification of displayed documents
Only documents that are set to be displayed from the idents on the DN are visible on the work order. The documents to be displayed are defined by a setting in the Administrator ConsoleSettings | Production | Working Tasks. Documents to be displayed shall be determined by the Classification Scheme.
The responsible person shall select Settings | Production |Working-Tasks.
In the Documents from Identity to DN section, click on the + icon (Add more) in the Classification field and select from the list the classifications 312 - Work Programme and 323 - Quality Certificate.
Click the Confirm button to confirm your choice.

2. Open the Documents tab
To view the details of a specific work task, select
in the Work task details scrolling window on the right. By selecting the Documents tabview the DN details for the LARA3 product. The uploaded documents matching the classification configured in the Administrator Console are displayed.

3. Uploading a new document
The responsible person wants to add a new document to the DN. To add a new document, select the Add document button in the Documents tab. Scan tool opens, where the Import Document icon is selected to open the Open explorer.

Select the desired document from the location on the local drive and select the Open button.

Once the selected document is visible in the Scan window, select the Upload button to upload the document to the documentation.
