Ad-Hoc templates

This functionality enables you to store created analysis as a template, which will store not only SQL statement but also your selection of variables as measures and dimensions as well as structure (columns and rows) in Ad-Hoc window.

Once you have structure of your Ad-Hoc defined, you can create template by clicking on button template  where you select option Form Templates and click on Save Current as Template.

New form to create templates will appear where you simply change name of template and click Save.

Once template is created and saved, it will appear in Templates menu. If you would like to select it, you simply open menu of your template and select apply. This option will redefine Ad-Hoc analysis according to your settings.

You can create multiple templates for one analysis where each of them has different structure. If you select template as For Dashboard Component you can add analysis to dashboard as component or to ZEUS Report.
