Employment Relationships

In the Employment Relationships register you can enter information about the employment relationships:

This register is otherwise used in the Employee Files | General | Employment Record panel.

Employment RelationshipEach name must have an appropriate ID referring the employment relationship type. The ID of the employment relationship will display in M forms.
Name
Name of the employment relationship (i.e. Full-time, On contract, etc.). If you try to save a record with a blank Name field, the program will report an error: Employment relationship must have a valid name!
Working Hours
In this field you an select the working hours that are valid for the certain employment relationship. You can choose among followings
  • Full-Time  - The program will calculate th e length of service according to the entered dates in the Employment Start and End Date fields.
  • Part-Time - If you select this option, the program will calculate the length of service by a formula: The program will multiply employed calendar days of the employee (the insurance period) with his or her weekly working hours (information from the Position of Employment | General panel), divide the result through the employee's working hours for the contributions (information defined in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | General panel) and then the received result further through 30. This way, you will get the length of service in months and days.
  • Apprentice - The insured period of apprentices counts for the length of service in the following way: 12 months of the traineeship is 6 months of the insured period.
