Wizard 
provides us some functionalities in relation to FA register and small tool register.
| Export |
By clicking the option Export, export the existing data from the register in file:
LOKACIJE.TXT - export existing location register
Location char(4) location code
Name char(30) location name
SREDSTVA.TXT - export all active fixed assets (Status) from fixed asset register. See link FA status.
Invent no char(16) inventory number
Name char(50) fixed asset name
Location char(4) location number of FA
This data are not entered to position of inventory count!
We get some messages at export data in following order:

| Simple import |
By clicking the option Simple import, we import inventory counting files prepared by barcode reader or manually:
SREDID.TXT - list of counted fixed assets with locations
Invent no char(16) inventory number
Location char(4) location number of FA
NOVELOK.TXT - list of new locations, created at inventory count in bar code reader
Location char(4) location number
Name char(30) location name
NSREDST.TXT - list of counted fixed assets not on the list or fixed assets register
Invent no char(16) inventory number
Name char(50) fixed asset name
Location char(4) location number of FA
Data from files SREDID.TXT and NSREDST.TXT import also in to inventory count positions, as follows:
- fixed assets located at correct location get status O - Unchanged,
- fixed assets located at different location as in register get status P - Moved,
- fixed assets not in register get status N - New.

Advanced Import

We import inventory count file prepared manually or by barcode reader. File need to have following fields:
1 Invent. No. char(16)
2 Name char(40)
3 ID of Expected Location char (10)
4 Name of Expected Location char (40)
5 Location ID char(10)
6 Location Name (correct one) char(40)
7 Cost Center char (16)
8 New code char (16)
9 Date char (8)
10 Time char (4)
11 Read char (1)
12 Added char (1)
13 Renamed char (1)
14 Manual Entry char (1)
15 Expected ID of Cost Center char (16)
16 User ID char (10)
17 Comment char (20)
18 Write Off char (1)
19 Old FA Name char (1)

Fill

By clicking on the option Fill imported data is compared with the register of fixed assets to look for fixed assets that are in register and were not counted (listed).
If so, such fixed assets shall be entered in the inventory positions and obtain the status M - Missing.
Before import or comparing data we need confirmation (see

Za uspešen uvoz podatkov iz zunanjega vira morajo obstajati vse tri naštete datoteke, pri čemer je katerakoli izmed njih lahko tudi prazna. |

Formati uvozno izvoznih datotek: Vse datoteke so v »semi-colon delimited plain ascii text« obliki (ascii datoteka, zapisi ločeni s podpičjem). Vsak zapis je v svoji vrstici, polja zapisa so medsebojno ločena s podpičji. |
Iz menija za izpisovanje 
izpišemo inventurni seznam po tipih popisanih osnovnih sredstev (glej Pozicije inventure), ki jih predložimo v podpis inventurni komisiji.

Išči - s klikom na ikono  se odpre posebno iskalno tabelo, s pomočjo katere lahko poiščemo že kreirane dokumente inventurnega popisa po številki ali po datumu.
