Classification Scheme

The classification scheme is prepared according to the needs of od classification of documents within th company.

In the side panel the tree structure classification plan is shown. With button refresh all newly added and changed classification are shown. Classifications are entered in the table by defining  Code and Material of classification, Parent classification, it will also be displayed in a tree structure, the validity of documents classified by this classification, the type of force (usually years, can also be determined in days or months), the responsible person, note and Escalation (the default is 8 days).

Advice:

The classification plan can be downloaded from our Web server, by clicking the Import / Export and Transfer of selection codes. Transferred to only a basic classification scheme that can serve as a model (shown in figure). Every company on the basis of internal regulations or. internal requirements supplement any existing or content. extended classification scheme with additional classification codes.

Klasifikacijski načrt lahko prenesemo iz našega spletnega strežnika s klikom na ikono Uvoz/Izvoz in izbiro Prenos šifrantov. Prenese se zgolj osnovni klasifikacijski načrt, ki vam lahko služi kot vzorec (prikazan na sliki). Vsako podjetje na podlagi internih aktov oz. internih zahtev poljubno dopolni obstoječe vsebine oz. razširi klasifikacijski načrt z dodatnimi klasifikacijskimi oznakami.

Sam postopek prenosa osnovnega klasifikacijskega načrta z našega spletnega strežnika je izdelan na enak način, kot je to že na voljo v drugih podobnih šifrantih, npr. prenos novih davčnih tarif, kontnega plana...
