Users
Pantheon RA can be used by several users, for whom you can set individual user accounts and passwords.
You can add a new user by pressing

Enter the user name which will be used for logging into the application. |
| ID |
IDs are generated Automatically. The ID includes a letter and 5 numbers that are added automatically when you set the first letter of the ID (e.g. U00002). |
| Full name |
Enter the full name of the new user. |
| Tax no. |
|
| Password |
Enter the password which will be used for logging into the application. |
| Active |
If this option is checked, the user is active. If a user is not using the application, deactivate them here. |
| Has cashiers |
Check if you want to show the name of the cashier at the cash register |
| Permissions |

ID – Generating user IDs automatically. The user ID is obligatory information. It is made up of the first letter of the user and 5 numbers that are added automatically when you set the first letter of the ID (e.g. U00001).

Cashiers – Because of the introduction of fiscal memory devices, you will need to enter the tax number of the cashier, otherwise the cashier won't appear on the cash register and you can't select them when issuing receipts.
