Stock has fallen below minimum.

This message appears when you try to issue stock in a quantity that will decrease the stock at the selected warehouse below minimum stock as set in the Stock panel of the Items register. Minimum stock is checked only if the option Check Min. Stock is enabled for the relevant issue document type in the Document Types register.

The message gives the following information:

• the warehouse where the stock has fallen below the minimum,
• the item whose stock has fallen below the minimum
• the quantity you are issuing
• the item's minimum stock as specified in the Stock panel of the Items register.
• the current stock at the aforementioned warehouse (excluding the quantity you are issuing).
• subordinate items (if they exist) whose stock has fallen below the minimum
