Desktop Sharing
The user can share his or her desktop with the support provider who can in this way provide visual assistance.
 |
The support provider cannot see your desktop without you explicit approval. Control over your desktop has to be approved separately, and can be cancelled anytime. You always see what the support provider is doing so you can learn from it, however, you can also monitor his or her actions to prevent any unauthorized access to sensitive areas. |
