Check undefined
The Check undefined tab allows you to check whether any users have any undefined permissions and to add permissions.
The form can be accessed by clicking Security panel from the Administration Panel.
The form is made up of certain elements, which are described below.

Select users from the drop-down list.
By clicking on  button, the Search by form is opened, where you can search and mark more users.

Find undefined
|
By clicking, for selected users to check if they have any undefined permissions.
|

Add undefined
|
By clicking the button, permission will be added, where acMarked field in Undefined permission table is checked.
After clicking IRIS message is opened that offers to add different permissions: full, read, write or none.
|
You can use the ‘drag&drop’ method to add columns from the Undefined permissions table to display data for the group of permissions.
This is a temporary table of undefined permissions.
