Activation of Personnel and Travel Order Granule - superiors

This chapter provides additional descriptions of the process of assigning PANTHEON Personnel Granules to users who are superiors and wish to have oversight of their subordinates.

1. Authorizations for Superior with Personnel Granule

In the case that a superior uses Granule and follows the activation instructions from zero authorizations, the administrator must manually add authorizations for viewing the data they wish to see for their employees. 

For optimal operation of the Personnel granule, we recommend activating the following authorizations for superiors:

In case the manager will evaluate his/her subordinates in the Evaluation panel, we add the authorization Evaluator Criteria to this combination of authorizations.

2. Authorizations for Superior with Travel order Granule

In the case that a superior uses Granule and follows the activation instructions from zero authorizations, the administrator must manually add authorizations for viewing the data they wish to see for their employees. 

For optimal operation of the Travel order granule, we recommend activating the following authorizations for superiors:

3. Superior with Personnel Granule and/or Travel order Granule

With the authorizations described above, the superior will be shown a list of subordinates in various menus on the right side of the screen.

In addition, the superior will see an employee filter where he can choose from his subordinates.

HINT User permissions can be changed by the administrator any time in Settings | Program | Administration panel | Users and groups |Users | Permissions.

WARNING If multiple users share the same device (e.g., computer) while using the Personnel Granule, they should log out after each session.
