To create a report of product specification select Standard Spec in the Spec Reports window and click the report button.
Here a standard specification report is displayed (482 - Standard Spec) to verify paper documentation. Main information is obtained from specification. Others have to be entered manually. It is intended for use in connection with the construction specification (graphically). Hence, the DS label - development specification.
The report which can be of a single-level or multi-level type you can observe the specification header, lines of material (assembly parts, ingredients, components) of the selected product specification. There are verification data in the end.
Here you can observe the following data:
Product Name |
Displays ID of specification displayed. |
Dev. Spec |
Displays ID of item in specification, or better, component in sublevels of specification displayed (development specification). |
Picture |
Manually enter number of picture specification. |
Line |
Manually enter number of line. |
Piece List |
Enter it manually. |
Item |
Displays ID of specification displayed. |
Level |
Displays level of specification if you created the report in sub-levels. Otherwise it is 0. |
Member of |
Manually enter where the item belongs. |
Dev. Spec |
Enter it manually. |
Pages |
Displays a consecutive sheet number and a total number of pages in report. |

Displays a consecutive number of line in specification. |
Item - ID |
Displays an item ID. |
Name and measurements |
Displays a name of item. |
Qty |
Displays quantity in line. It is expressed in unit of measurement used. Or as batch for this line. |
U/M |
Displays unit of measurement used (primary unit of measurement). |
Ordered |
Enter it manually. |
Weight/p |
Displays weight per 1 piece of item. |
Total weight |
Displays total stored weight. |
signed by |
Manually enter a date and signatures for users creating, rewieving and making changes to the specification. |
Changes |
Manually enter date and number of notification on changes made to the specification. |
You can restrict a drilldown report by specifying a number of levels. A report of the selected specification is created by levels. It displays the same data as in the single level report.
