42C - Tools in Specs

To create a report of product specification select Tools in Specs in the Spec Reports window and click the report button.
The report displays the specified product and lines of subordinate assemblies across specification structure. Below you can see tools required in production. Data can be found in Specification panel of Administation Panel.
Here you can observe the following data:

Displays level of assembly part. |
Level |
Displays the level of assembly in line of material. Level 0 represents the initial level of the selected specification. Level 1 represents its assebly parts, etc. |

Displays number of line in parent product specification. |
Alt. |
Displays alternate of line in parent product specification. |
Item |
Displays ID of assembly part. |
(ID of tool) |
Displays ID of tool. |
Name |
Displays a name of item. |
(name of tool) |
Displays name of tool. |
Sched. |
By displaying "Yes" or "No" shows you whether tools are scheduled or not. The label Yes tells you that the tools was scheduled. This is set in the Tools | Fixed Assets, or Small Tools register. |
Status |
Displays ID and name of status of tool. It is set in the Tools | Fixed Assets, or Small Tools register. |
