Self-propelled & Implements
Within tabs Self-propelled and Implements, new resources can be added by clicking on 
button in navigator.
SELF-PROPELLED
1. Adding new resource
Adding new resources is possible by clicking on . When clicked, new row for entering resource is added within the grid.
| Resource |
Resource ID for Self-propelled machines starts with "ACT000x" and for Implements with "ATT000x". This value can be changed later, but keep in mind, one Resource ID must be unique for the machine. |
| Resource name |
Common name of the resource. Must not be unique. |
| Status |
Status of the machine. Can be Active or Not Active. By default, when you add new Machine it is Active.

Selection of parent resource (not obligatory) |
| Resource type |
Obligatory data to select. By type, resource is displayed within appropriate planning form. Double click opens Resource type code book. |

Work
|
When "Work" is selected Fixed asset selection appears. Resource can be linked to Fixed assets later. Double click on Fixed assets opens Fixed assets form. After selecting Fixed assets, Resource Name is changed by unique Fixed assets Name from chosen Fixed Asset. |

| External |
When Resource is marked as External resource it is not monitored among Fixed assets of the Farm. Selection of "External" displays additional data about Contractor whose Resource it is, and which is recorded within Subject. |
Resource types
There are 3 main groups of Resource Types for Machinery: Self-propelled, Attachments and Labor, which are followed by details Resource types.
- Within Self-propelled Group are following Resource types:
- TRC (Tractors),
- CMB (Combines/Harvesters),
- LDR (Loaders),
- XCV (Excavators),
- FLT (Forklifts)
They are described as machines with own power.
- Within Attachments Group are following Resource types:
- PLG (ploughs),
- TRL (Trailers),
- SMG (sowing machine), ... and others.
They are described as Implements which requires additional external power for functioning (could be pulled or carried as a implements).
- Within Labor Group are following Resource types:
- LBR (labour)
2. Machinery details
Individual resource can be described in details within tabs:
a) General,
b) Calendar | Exceptions, and
c) Technical data.
a) General

Time when Resource usually starts with daily work. Default value is displayed. This default value can be set within Administrative Panel / Settings / Agronomy / Planning tab General Resource. |

Time when Resource usually ends with daily work. Default value is displayed. This default value can be set within Administrative Panel / Settings / Agronomy / Planning tab General Resource.

| Gross HRS |
Hours taken into account as Netto hours. It is possible that Resource starts working at 6:00 and ends at 14:00, but effective hours can be 4,5 hours. Default value is displayed. This default value can be set within Administrative Panel / Settings / Agronomy / Planning tab General Resource. |
| Scheduling |
When Scheduling option is checked than Resource can be used in planning and realization. |
| ADDITIONAL CAPACITY INFORMATION |

| HRS/Shift |
Netto working hours per day for individual resource (default value is 8 hours). All additional parameters like Shifts, Employees, OverNorm, Net hrs, Machines, Loss ans Max./Hrs/ Shifts, are currently not connected to planning forms.
Others parameters are not in function yet (stated April 2018)
