Employee list
PANTHEON Web Light enables quick and easy searching through the list of employees in the header (1) and by sorting in the columns (2).
1. Header
In the header, you can use the Tab key to move between the fields.

Search

Search the entered employees by any of their data.
|

Employment status
|
Filter employees by their employment status, e. g. All, Apprentice, Contract, Full-time, Part-time, Retired etc.

Job
|
Filter employees by their job: e. g. All, Accountant, Head, Salesperson, Repairman etc.
|
|
Department
|
Filter employees by their department: e. g. All, Administration, Management, Marketing etc.

2. Columns
The list enables sorting employees and filtering them by condition in the following columns:

 Select
|
Selecting one or several employees enables deleting one or more entries at the same time.

Code
|
Employee’s short name (code), usually first and last name.
|
|
Last and first name
|
Employee’s last and first name.
|
|
Department
|
Employee’s department.
|
|
Job
|
Employee’s job – position of employment.
|
|
Address
|
Employee’s address.
|
|
Post
|
Postal code of the employee’s address.
|
|
Tax no.
|
Employee’s tax ID number.
|
|
Registration num.
|
Employee’s registration or ID number.
|
|
Status
|
Employee’s status: active (employed) or inactive (not employed at the moment).
